training isn’t just about what you can see in the mirror, it’s about
going home knowing you were close to the edge (and nearly fell off a
few times) but dug deep and proved that you’re better than 95% of the
people out there.
You
love proving the ‘It can’t be done’ crowd wrong by launching yourself
at a physical challenge for no other reason than to stretch your limits
and gain the personal satisfaction of doing it.
Yeah, they think you’re nuts but who cares? The only person you truly
compete with is the devil on your shoulder who keeps challenging you to
be better than yesterday….every single day!
